ICCM-Europe 2023 Registration

Visa

If you need a visa to travel to ICCM-Europe in Belgium, please understand that ICCM-Europe is NOT able to provide a letter of invitation.

Please make sure you are able to get a visa before you proceed to pay for the conference to avoid paying unnecessary bank transfer charges.

(50€ discount for the in-person conference, 25€ discount for the virtual conference).

Main Conference Only

The Main Conference runs from Wednesday dinner to Saturday lunch (15-18 February, 2023).

Main Conference Only includes:

  • Accommodation for 3 nights*
  • All meals and snacks (dinner on Wednesday to lunch on Saturday)
  • Internet access
  • Conference paperwork and more

Full cost is 310€ per person (*260€ without Lodging)

 

Pre-Conference Workshop & Main Conference

The pre-conference workshop starts after breakfast on Wednesday morning. We expect your arrival on Tuesday (14. February) for dinner and for you to continue on with the Main Conference ending on Saturday (18. February).

Pre-Conference Workshop & Main Conference includes:

  • Accommodation for 4 nights*
  • All meals and snacks (dinner on Tuesday to lunch on Saturday)
  • Internet access
  • Conference paperwork and more

For Tuesday afternoon arrival, the full cost is 350€ per person (285€ without Lodging)

 

Setup & Main Conference

We start setting up on Tuesday (14. February). Arrive as early as possible on Tuesday to join the effort (lunch will be provided). Please, only register to Setup if you plan to work to make ICCM-Europe 2023 happen. This does not register you for the pre-conference workshop. 

Setup & Main Conference includes:

  • Accommodation for 4 nights*
  • All meals and snacks (lunch on Tuesday to lunch on Saturday)
  • Internet access
  • Conference paperwork and more

For Tuesday morning arrival, the full cost is 350€ per person (*285€ without Lodging)

Alternative Lodging

For each of the registration options you may choose to find and pay for your lodging separate from the OM facility in Zaventem, and you will still eat meals with everyone else at the conference. There is a limit of 50 guests at the OM facility. 

Virtual Conference of Keynote and Select Sessions 

If we have a sufficient  number of people to register for a Virtual Conference, we will live-stream the Keynote sessions and Select Sessions for those who wish to attend  but are unable to travel to Brussels.  We will provide additional details immediately before the conference. 

The full cost for Virtual attendance is 50€

A completed registration consists of:

  • A fully filled out and submitted registration form (the form you are about to begin)
  • Your full payment of the conference option you chose. 

Note: Spouses will need to complete their own registration.
